Family Outreach, attendance report, and home visits to strengthen home-school connections
Collaboration with counselors, social workers, teachers, advisors, administrators to address academic, social and emotional challenges
Networking with outside agencies, including behavioral centers, food pantries, and community organizations to provide additional support and resources
Development of programs and initiatives to foster inclusivity and student well-being
Every Child and Family is known (ECFIK) Designated Caring Adult
Provide consistent support and mentoring to students living in temporary housing.
Conduct check-in with assigned students to monitor attendance, academic progress, and their social-emotional well being
Collaborate with Counselors, Social Workers, teachers, and other school staff to identify and address barriers
Connect students and their families to community resources that support stability and overall well-being.
